Важно остановится на «археологии» Фуко и осмыслить ее критическое значение. Но сам Фуко не дает нам ответа на вопрос, кто он есть, и открывает путь к самостоятельному поиску. В этом смысле работа Косериу, на наш взгляд, продвигается дальше в попытках ответить на вопрос, как возможна философия языка, которая не представляет собой двойника истории метафизики, а видит в языке, прежде всего, живое творчество звуков, знаков, понятий и значений в его гармоничном сочетании с историческим процессом.
