TRAINING GROUND «REFERENCE VECTOR» AS A PLATFORM
MULTI-PURPOSE INNOVATIVE USE
Within the framework Of the center for the development of talented youth of the Voronezh state technical University (Voronezh reference University), a project team of students has been created, which is engaged in research and design activities in the framework of studying the possibility and feasibility study of using concrete mixtures as the

main coating material for public roads in the construction of modern roads [2].
A comprehensive study of the properties and application of the proposed technology for construction and road works is associated with the need to practice not in the laboratory, but in real conditions. For this purpose, the project team members are developing a project to create a student research polygon "Reference vector" on the basis of the VSTU training ground, which involves the construction of a road route. The highway will be used for research and testing of various types of road surfaces in order to compare their performance characteristics. [1].
As mentioned above, the project team plans to make the landfill multifunctional, which will increase the efficiency of its use:
-for scientific purposes
-for social purposes
-for commercial purposes.
Thus, the polygon will acquire the function of multi-purpose innovative use [4].
The first goal of the landfill is to conduct research and a feasibility study on the use of concrete coatings and fences in road construction. In particular, it is planned to conduct a study to measure the density of the soil, methods for its effective compaction and leveling, preparation for daily use in driving on cars with "studded" type of rubber. Our goal is the application of theoretical skills and developments, obtaining invaluable experience at all stages of the design, construction and operation of the complex. It is worth noting that all types of work, ranging from laser scanning of the landfill and studying soil properties, ending with the construction of sports and public infrastructure, we plan to conduct, together with active representatives, the specialty of VSTU and with its direct participation, attracting and rallying young specialists from various fields of activity High school.
The second and important goal is socio-commercial., I.e. an attempt, and quite realistic enough, to combine in one project both social significance and the possibility of monetization.
A part of the social work of the training ground will be various sports events. Our team, together with VSTU, plans to hold auto and motor sports cultural events, to develop public interest in this area, to instill in people a love for truly spectacular sports. Our team also plans to turn the development vector of autoculture towards our foreign colleagues .. Within the framework of the training ground, events can be held to cus-

tomize and refine vehicles, present home-made projects, develop engineering ideas, which will help to develop educational activities and instill feelings of beauty as a young man, and the adult population.
It is planned to actively cooperate with the traffic police authorities on measures aimed at the prevention of emergency and extreme driving, including conducting educational classes, training in re-training in extreme conditions, as well as carrying out extreme activities that will allow "let off steam" at a safe training ground .
It is also expected to cooperate with representatives of the army and the Ministry of Emergencies: in whose interests they will conduct demonstrations directly on the territory of the training ground. Holding exhibitions and demonstrations in the landfill using the equipment of the Ministry of Emergencies and the army will not only attract the population there, but also conduct additional tests of the coatings under study.
Evaluation of the technical and economic efficiency of concrete road pavement technology necessitates the construction of a highway necessary for testing the pavement under various conditions and comparing it with other, both existing and innovative materials used in road construction [3]. Currently, in connection with the search for new ways of modernizing production technology and stimulating the state to improve the quality of roads [5], it has stimulated a discussion on the construction of concrete roads, which indicates the relevance of the work done by students, and also provides an opportunity to expand opportunities for effective youth self-realization and enhancing its potential in order to achieve sustainable socio-economic development.
We can say with confidence that the complex of the training ground for multi-purpose innovative use will meet all the requirements necessary for occupying this niche in the region. We believe that within the framework of our project it is impossible to find tasks that will be beyond the competence of the Voronezh Support University.

КАЧЕСТВО ПРОЦЕССОВ ПРОИЗВОДСТВА КАК ФАКТОР ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯ
В настоящее время многие предприятия активно внедряют различные информационные технологии, применение которых обуславливает изменения как в производственной и экономической, так и в упра вленческой деятельности. Данные технологии в новых

условиях способствуют решению проблемы обеспечения качества и конкурентоспособности, экономической безопасности и устойчивого развития предприятия. В связи с этим актуальным является рассмотрение во взаимосвязи процессов обеспечения экономической безопасности предприятия и управления качеством процессов производства.
Следует отметить, что система управления качеством идентифицирует и регламентирует осуществление всех процессов, которые позволяют удовлетворить требования потребителей и обеспечить надлежащий уровень экономической безопасности [1].
По мнению многих авторов, цифровая трансформация за счет автоматизации процессов позволяет стандартизировать систему управления качеством бизнес-процессов, а значит, дает возможность быстро вносить различные изменения, обеспечивая при этом решение вопросов экономической безопасности за счет постоянного развития и совершенствования производственной системы предприятия [4].
Следовательно, система управления качеством является элементом общей структуры менеджмента и эффективным инструментом обеспечения экономической безопасности предприятия.
При этом, система менеджмента качества позволяет формализовать процессы и процедуры путем четкого регламен-тирования функций и принципов управления, что позволяет постоянно оптимизировать материальные, трудовые и временные затраты, что в конечном счете позволяет предотвратить различные экономические потери [3].
Следует отметить, что стандартизированные процессы управления качеством обуславливают следующие условия (факторы) обеспечения экономической безопасности предприятия:
–постоянное планирование развития производства с учетом прогнозируемых экономических показателей деятельности предприятия;
–постоянный анализ выявленных причин отклонений в процессах и разработка мер по их предотвращению;
–постоянная идентификация и классификация причин отклонений в процессах, и формализация корректирующих и предупреждающих мер;
