В целом, анализ практики международных уголовных трибуналов показал, что трибуналам необходимо помнить об особом контексте, в котором они оперируют, а также не забывать о балансе между соблюдением прав человека в рамках осуществления своей деятельности и устранением безнаказанности за нарушения наиболее серьезных прав человека.
