В этой связи возникает вопрос, каковы могут быть меры по снижению описанных угроз и рисков для здоровья и благополучия человека. Нам представляется, что система профилактики и минимизации вреда от пользования средствами мобильной связи должна носить комплексный характер и включать более широкое информирование населения о возможных негативных последствиях и способах разумного использования мобильных устройств, а также создание условий для осуществления осознанного выбора тех или иных возможностей. Требуется разработка альтернативных профилактических программ для детей и подростков, способствующих повышению стрессоустойчивости, укреплению ассертивности и саморегуляции, противодействию зависимостям и манипулятивному поведению. В то же время нельзя отказываться от обсуждения вопроса о возможности и условиях установления определенных возрастных ограничений доступа к средствам мобильной связи несовершеннолетним. Также нуждаются в дополнительной проработке правовые вопросы защиты прав личности пользователей мобильных средств связи и урегулирования конфликтов с соблюдением информационной безопасности. Только при активизации комплекса профилактических мер возможно смещение акцента на те прогрессивные преимущества и дополнительные развивающие опции, которые открываются с применением новых технологий мобильной связи и интернета.
