Анализ рис. 3 позволяет сделать вывод о том, что в настоящее время в России наблюдается фаза подъема воздействия прогнозирования и планирования на экономическую систему, что выражается в усилении плановой работы, формировании четких прогнозных и плановых ориентиров, что наблюдается в российском регулировании экономикой с принятия Федерального закона от 28.06.2014 № 172-ФЗ «О стратегическом планировании в РФ».
Выводы
Таким образом, прогнозирование и планирование в экономике, являясь практически неотъемлемыми элементами системы государственного регулирования, в России приобретало свои особенности на протяжении разных исторических периодов, формируя основу для развития современной методологии прогнозно-плановой деятельности.
